More Details

How to purchase & use the voucher:
1. Select preferred voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).
3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.
4. Reserve your table at www.chope.co before you dine at your selected restaurant.
5. Simply present your voucher before ordering at the restaurant to enjoy the deal.

Terms of Use

  • Diner needs to present the voucher to the restaurant host upon arrival, the restaurant reserves the right to decline usage of any vouchers after customer is seated.
  • Reservation through Chope is required before dining and using the voucher; valid only for dine-in.
  • Diner needs to mention "voucher" under special request when making a reservation.
  • Applicable on A la carte total bill, alcohol included.
  • The voucher cannot be used to offset service charge and taxes.
  • Voucher is applicable for use during Public Holidays (except Blackout dates: 1 Jan, 12-14 Feb, 24-25 Dec, 31 Dec)
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days from time of purchase and good for one-time use only. No extension will be entertained.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used for one transaction/bill/reservation.
  • Voucher can’t be used for set meals, combined with other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of voucher will be entertained.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
