How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select preferred voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).
3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.
4. Simply present your voucher before ordering at the merchant to enjoy the deal.

Terms of Use

  • Diner needs to present the voucher at the merchant upon arrival.
  • No reservation is required and vouchers can only be redeemed via Chope App; valid for dine-in.
  • Voucher is valid every-day during operational hours.
  • Voucher is applicable for Food & Beverage (not included alcohol).
  • Minimum spending of Rp 400,000 is required for use Rp 200,000 value voucher.
  • Minimum spending of Rp 800,000 is required for use Rp 500,000 value voucher.
  • Voucher value is exclude of service and tax of total bill.
  • Multiple voucher can be used at one time/bill/reservation with minimum spending required per voucher.
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days from time of purchase and good for one-time use only. No extension will be entertained.
  • Voucher is applicable on Public Holidays (Blackout Dates: 24-25 Dec, 31 Dec & 1 Jan).
  • Voucher can’t be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of voucher will be entertained.
  • Voucher is to be presented to the restaurant host before ordering.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
