How to purchase & use the voucher:

Terms of Use

  • Diner needs to present the voucher at the merchant upon arrival.
  • No reservation is required and vouchers can only be redeemed via Chope App; valid only for dine-in/takeaway.
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days and applicable for 1 (one) time use only.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used for 1 (one) bill / 1 (one) table.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • Voucher needs to be validated on Chope system before the diner places the order.
  • Voucher is applicable on Public Holidays.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Voucher value is inclusive of service charges and tax.
