How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select preferred meal voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).

3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.

4. Simply present your voucher before ordering at the restaurant to enjoy the deal.

Terms of Use

  • Reservation through Chope is required before dining to use the voucher.
  • Voucher is applicable from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Valentines Day, Eve of Public Holiday and Special Occasions.
  • Voucher can be combined with in-house promotion.
  • Voucher cannot be combined with credit card/bank promotions.
  • Multiple vouchers can be used during one visit.
  • Voucher(s) are inclusive of tax and service charges.
  • Voucher is applicable to Food and Beverage.
  • Voucher cannot be used for alcoholic drinks.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of the voucher will be entertained.
  • If the restaurant shuts down, the voucher will be refunded in the form of Chope-Dollars.
    • Rp 200,000 voucher = C$ 200
    • Rp 300,000 voucher = C$ 400
    • Rp 500,000 voucher = C$ 600
    • Rp 1,000,000 voucher = C$ 1,000
  • Voucher(s) are not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • This voucher is only valid for dine-in (*If the COVID-19 situation has not improved from August, the voucher will be applicable to takeaways & delivery, equivalent to the same value)
