How to purchase & use the voucher:

Terms of Use

  • A guest has to contact the hotel before 29 April 2021 to redeem & book the stay date.

  • Room reservation is required in advance with a minimum of 1 day prior to the stay date; Subject to availability at the hotel.
  • Stay period: 1 November 2020 - 30 April 2021.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use on 24 December 2020 - 2 January 2021.
  • Guest must bring and show the voucher or confirmation email to the reception.
  • Voucher(s) are inclusive of tax and service charges.
  • Voucher(s) not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • Reschedule depends on the availability at the hotel.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of the voucher will be entertained.
