How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select preferred voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).

3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.

4. Reserve your table at www.chope.co before you dine at your selected restaurant.

5. Simply present your voucher before ordering at the restaurant to enjoy the deal.

Terms of Use

  • Voucher is valid for dine-in only.
  • Reservation through Chope is required before dining and use the voucher.
  • The voucher amount is inclusive of service and tax. 
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days from time of purchase and good for one-time use only. No extension will be entertained.
  • Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holiday, Special Occasions and Blackout Dates (14 Feb, 24-25 Dec, 31 Dec, 1 Jan).
  • Voucher is applicable for food & beverages on a la carte menu (alcohol not included).
  • Multiple vouchers can be used for one reservation / one bill / one table.
  • Voucher can’t be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • No refund, exchange, or extension of voucher will be entertained.
  • Voucher is to be presented to the restaurant staff before ordering.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
