Terms of Use

  • Guest has to contact the hotel at least three (3) days prior to check-in date, and before 29 March 2023 for Regular package; before 3 January 2023 for High Season package to redeem & book the stay date.
  • Please contact the hotel at +62-361-975-825 or reservation@kamandaluresort.com (Reservation Office Hour at 8am – 4pm) and provide the voucher redemption code & choice of days to stay.
  • Stay period:
    • Regular package: 10 June - 14 July, 1 September - 22 December 2022, 6 January - 31 March 2023.
    • High Season package: 15 July - 31 August 2022, 23 December 2022 - 5 January 2023.
  • Rooms are subject to availability as per the hotel’s discretion (availability on other OTA platforms doesn’t apply).
  • Kids below 5 years can stay for free in existing beds include free breakfast.
  • Additional surcharge applies for kids with detail:
    • 6 – 11 years old with extra bed at Rp 447,750 net/night inclusive of daily breakfast.
    • 12 years old and more with extra bed at Rp 955,500 net/night inclusive of daily breakfast.
  • Voucher(s) are inclusive of tax and service charges.
  • Voucher(s) not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • Reschedule depends on the availability at the hotel.
