More Details

 How to purchase & use the voucher:

1. Select preferred voucher > click ‘Add to Cart’ > click cart > click ‘Proceed to Checkout’
2. Complete payment for the voucher(s) by credit card or Bank Transfer (virtual account).
3. Your e-voucher(s) will be in Profile > My Vouchers, and in your email.
4. At Foodscpace Tanah Abang, scan the barcode to place your order and enjoy the meals.
5. On the Foodspace website, choose payment at the cashier then show the voucher to the staff and redeem it before you settle the bill.

Terms of Use

  • Voucher must be presented before payment is settled. Diner must choose payment at the cashier, and payment through an online payment is not valid.
  • No reservation is required and vouchers can only be redeemed via Chope App; valid only for Takeaway.
  • Voucher is valid for 60 days and applicable for 1 (one) time use only.
  • Voucher is only valid at the Grob Coffee Foodspace Tanah Abang (1st Floor)
  • Voucher can only be used for the merchant specified on the voucher and cannot be used for other merchants at Foodspace Tanah Abang.
  • Voucher is applicable on Food & Beverage (Alcohol not included).
  • Multiple vouchers can be used for 1 (one) transaction/ 1 (one) bill.
  • No balance is given if the purchase value is less than the value of this voucher.
  • Any purchases in excess of the voucher value must be settled directly at the restaurant.
  • Voucher needs to be validated on Chope system before the diner places the order.
  • Voucher is applicable on Public Holidays.
  • Voucher is not cash redeemable and not replaceable if lost, stolen, expired.
  • Voucher cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Voucher value is inclusive of service charges and tax.
  • Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
